i not seeing background filters collection on calayer in monotouch. missing form bindings? how can add it?

platform note: in ios, backgroundfilters property exposed in calayer class filters assign property ignored.

from android trying send image class of data, iis webservice. ios - Show keyboard with UITextField in the input accessory view -
