Unable to create Virtual Machine on Windows Azure -


the problem every time try create virtual machine starts provisioning , stucks there (status never changes starting (provisioning)).

after refresh management portal page (or sign out , in again) vm disappear. have been trying create vms different configurations in different regions 2 days now.

i have attached screenshot state of vm in stays infinitely. enter image description here

it turned out problem in browser - azure management portal compatability. have chrome version 28.0.1500.95 on windows 8, 64x. worked in ie10.

Java, LWJGL, OpenGL 1.1, decoding BufferedImage to Bytebuffer and binding to OpenGL across classes -
