postgresql - Moving quickly between aggregate and record-level data -


i using postgresql store , process data research project. can program in sql, r, , python not software developer or system administrator. find myself aggregating data , wanting see individual records contributing single cell in aggregation. records contain text fields , use case , statements determine how these counted. i'm looking gui allow me move between different levels , kinds of aggregation don't lose access details when looking @ big picture. believe answer question involves olap and/or faceted search recommendations specific products, open source , turnkey if possible.

iccube not open source allow going big picture details (either via drilldown or drillthrough). depending on postgresql model work setup cube model might minimal. note once model has been setup you've full power of mdx analysis more challenging requests.
