Maven not adding JAR to project when using mvn compile but does when using mvn eclipse:eclipse -


i need download quartz scheduler. added dependency pom.xml , nedded sl4j scheduling. here pom.xml

when run mvn compile command, downloading quarts jar not adding eclipse project. when run mvn eclipse:eclipse adding jar project. why happening? why mvn compile not adding jar project?

how can it's getting downloaded on eclipse:eclipse, if doing project refresh in eclipse note doing eclipse: eclipse modify the.classpath of project , jar reflect. behavior happens when project imported done existing java project.
