reporting services - SSRS Subreport call parent report's code -


is there way subreport in ssrs call parent report's code? know "code.functionname()" calls code in subreport's code section, can use "parent.code.functionname()" access parent's code?

i think idea flawed, report wouldn't able run unless in subreport of report.. , don't think ssrs supports it.

the way share code between reports use external .dll

it's quite easy set , can write code in c# vb.
