How to add custom app to Timeline -


i have designed small (403 pixels wide) informational dashboard (jquery, html) , subscription app. wish able user install app , place onto timeline, clueless how that.

can explain me how achieved? see how users can put fluffy stuff on timeline (pics, links, etc.) how actual app in there?

my app no wider pics (potential) customers display on timeline.

i'm afraid approach wrong , can't display application on facebook's timeline per se.

your app can post content (text, images, etc) user's timeline , can have dedicated section (collection) on timeline (you need explicitly ask user add after activate application, it's not automatic).

a prerequisite having sections app has custom actions , custom collection (see detailed description in later link), can displayed in 1 of 3 custom collection types supported facebook - list, gallery or map.

note custom collection require review.

unfortunately seems have rework application fit facebook framework.
