ios - Removing iPad support from app -


i uploaded app app store while ago, have delete ipad support different reasons. not talking removing app ipad app store, removing ipad support. developer website states following:

developers wish issue updates, remove device support, have 3 choices:

  • fix app can work on devices set out support.
  • target newer version of ios requires newer device.
  • remove app store, , upload new app different bundle id.

the problem if remove app app store , upload again, can not use same app name. not option.

is there way out of mess?

answering own question - no, there no other way! ended creating decent looking ipad app fix problem.
