email - Can't open webmail in Plesk (domain not found) -


i have created new email address domain, admin@mydomain, plesk mail interface, can't access it. have tried open in browser clicking on little "mail" icon next "info" icon, opens new window "webmail.mydomain/..." url, browser can't resolve domain. have reset dns settings day before, , have entry webmail.mydomain, don't know make work.

thank !

who serve dns zone of domain? if dns zone served domain registrar add record "webmail" zone.
