drupal theme says not compatible -


i have theme has been working entire time ive been developing site, sudden randomly, drupal started telling me "this version not compatible drupal 7.x". b

below info file, missing something. havent updated drupal yet know nothing changed there last change made update url in link. tried reverting changes ive made today version know fact worked fine earlier today, , still nothing.

im @ lose causing this, since been working long untill tonight. suggestions great. thanks.

i found problem unrelated drupal self. site being hosted in windows environment , when files updated somehow option encrypt files became checked , causing php not able read files.
