Limit access to a database to a few users. (MS Access 2007) -

i appreciate if me this.

i new access , boss has given me project create tool our team (i work in insurance). i'm done part of project, boss wants editing , updating of database restricted few members of our team (yes more 1 person can modify) since tool used wide range of purposes, rest of department (50+ people) can access forms have buttons etc. job.

so far in database have, 3 linked tables (which hold data), queries, reports, union queries , make tables , 3 forms. people view forms , use in form view only, 4 members of team whatever want since need edit data.

does have hint should begin? programming not cup of tea appreciate reference etc. or help!

if hit file, hit options, , select current database, can force specific form pop whenever open access database. in addition, can take away user's ability go through entire database's content. can take away navigation bar , menus , such. have been doing while, here's advice. have main menu form has button every form in access file. when user opens database, or should see main menu form. there, can click on button lead them form solve needs have.

stackoverflow won't let me post comment, here going say. want have access it, can have them hold shift while opening database. if that, open database "admin" database. able edit if hold down shift.
